π οΈ Tool Stack
Capacities
Notes
Preferred note-taking tool. Markdown export less seamless than Obsidian but the UX is preferred. All session notes, planning, and ideas live here.
Copper CRM
CRM
Deep Google Workspace integration β contacts, email threads, and scheduling all flow in automatically. Handles the guest pipeline and teacher/student coordination. Open to alternatives if something is more seamless.
Claude Co-Work
AI
AI assistant for content transformation β taking raw show recordings and producing audience-segmented digests. Preferred over OpenClaw for now due to security comfort. No technical setup needed.
Google Workspace
Suite
Email + Calendar as the backbone. CRM integrates directly. Guest scheduling, teacher coordination, and all communications route through here.
OBS Studio
Streaming
Central streaming hub routing to both platforms. The Local Weave daily show goes out via OBS β YouTube Live. Slow Weave R&D calls go out via OBS β Substack Live. One tool, two channels.

Practice feeds production. Tools connect everything.
π― Next Steps
1
Get clear on desires β What does Sophia want to be doing? Don't over-structure yet. These things are changing fast. Dream first, structure follows.
2
Map the daily workflow β What happens each weekday? Where do files live? How do things move from A β B β C? Goal: print-it-on-the-wall clarity.
3
CRM setup audit β Is Copper actually the best fit, or would something else reduce friction? Test the guest scheduling flow end-to-end.
4
Start scheduling interviews β Once the workflow is solid and on the wall, begin reaching out to resiliency guests. The hesitation goes away when the flow is clear.
5
Content pipeline prototype β Take one sample recording through the full chain: raw β Claude Co-Work β neighborhood digest + pod action items. Prove the flow works.
